The room was big, bathroom needed a good clean, was noisy outside, very old fashioned. Wouldnt psy more than £50 for a night, good point was next to station, breakfast was ok, just handy for train. Wouldnt stay again. Booked through booking.com wouldnt pay their normsl prices.

Hotel is in a great location and very olde worldly but is a bit tired. Our room looked out on to renfield st so was noisy so ear plugs would be advisable. The room was big enough but again a bit tired, the shower was poor with very low water pressure, staff were all friendly and breakfast was good so...

The worst place I've ever stayed!! Firstly we had to drag our bag up far too many flights of stairs. There is no life and staff don't offer to help out either! On eventually making it to our room we were greeted with a dark dingy room room. I am allergic to dust and struggled very badly to sleep at...

The hotel was very easy to find with its huge sign pointing you to the door, I had quiet a bit of luggage and then found I had to go upstairs to the reception. A gentleman greeted me who was very polite and then I was given my room number which was on the 3rd floor at the top of...

seems more like an en-suite run down hostel. not really a hotel. pillows were paper thin and a flat sheet is used instead of a fitted sheet on beds. our room was very spacious with very high ceilings but on the first floor where we could here everything on the street. certain cars/trucks driving would even cause the bed to...

The Rennie Mackintosh is situated on Union street just down from the entrance to Central Station, which makes it great for those that appreciate stepping straight off of the train and only having a short walk to the hotel. The hotel is basic, but clean. If you want a quiet room you will have to forfeit any kind of view...

We were looking for an inexpensive hotel in the city centre. The Rennie Mackintosh fitted the bill to that extent. The room overlooked Union Street which was filled with rowdy teenagers having a ball until the small hours. The area around the hotel is crammed with fast-food eateries and clubs. The room was single-glazed with minimal sound-proofing. The room itself...

The hotel was better than expected. Based on some reviews I wasn't sure what it would be like but it was absolutely fine. Most importantly room was clean. Tv provided a decent selection of channels and in the room was a bottle of water, cookies, tea and coffee. Breakfast had a reasonable selection of hot and cold options and was...

We stayed two nights. We were on the 4th floor in the loft. There were no lifts. The room was reasonably spacious and clean but hadn't been refurbished in years and smelled old. The service in the dining room at breakfast was much better than the service at the reception (the receptionists mostly ignored us). The breakfast was good.

The first time I stayed at the RM Station Hotel was a disaster. I booked using the hotels own website and used my debit card. The hotel had to later email me for my cards security code as the website never asked for it. The email I received was ao badly written I honestly thought it was spam. I emailed...
