Room was basic, but my issue is that it was not particularly clean. Thick black hair on my pillow. Thick with dust in wardrobe. Gross. Very uncomfortable nights sleep. Breakfast? Do not bother. I’m shocked they can charge money for self serve stale bread, warm yogurt pots and absolutely no staff to be seen anywhere. I had a sip of apple juice and it was past it’s best. No staff to even ask for some water. What’s going on? For info, we were sat for 40 minutes and still no staff appeared. Will not return.

Your hotel had very unsatisfactory rooms and cleanliness. We were very unhappy with the service we got for the £80 we paid to stay the night. A part of my clothing was ruined also with some sort of oil from the window ledge in the room, I have tried to clean this out at home and unable to get this back to normal so I can wear again. Photos taken on arrival, can’t believe they think this hotel is worth charging £80.

Really enjoyed the excellent location of this hotel and the staff were friendly and helpful. The twin room was spacious and the outdoor seating area was great in the sun. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here with friends for an overnight whilst attending a black tie event. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception is clean and well decorated. The room was clean and perfect for our stay. We had small toiletries as well as complimentary tea and coffee. Fresh towels Rooms were warm and beds comfortable Breakfast was included and continental style with pastries, toast, bagels, eggs, meat, cheese, fresh fruit, cereal and a variety of juices as well as tea, coffee, hot chocolate. I enjoyed every part of the stay and will be back - excellent value for money

+1
stay in this hotel for Easter holiday with family. So disappointed. Never seen anywhere dirty like that. The ceiling…bathroom…bed…. Should this duvet be served in a hotel???? No house keeping to clean the room until check out. Also no electric for few hours on the last day we stay. They got someone to fix it. The problem is so much dust in the place where you insert the card ……
