Nice hotel. Have stayed several times before. However, disappointed that you now have to pay for a cooked breakfast, when it was included in the price previously. The staff are brilliant and we have been moved to another room today as the heating wasn't working properly in the first one. Could do with a bit of refurbishment, but a nice...

We arrived at the hotel after a 7 hour journey knackered & hungry only to find there was no lift to the rooms which were situated on the first floor.. ( not good when your mums disabled ) we spoke to one of the managers who could not apologise enough & offered us a free drink ( it didn't fix...

It was comfortable, clean and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The whole place needs updating as the decor and furnishings are dated and looking tired. It's a 3 star hotel which is about right.

I booked this place before visiting trip advisor, to be honest I thought to myself 'where have I booked'. Anyway I went ahead with my booking and I really don't know why it has such bad reviews. Yes it could do with some modernisation in some parts of the hotel but the room I stayed in was really nice. The...

Okay, booked online but against all my best judgments forgot to check TripAdvisor first. I was booked in for 2 nights but after checking in and going to my room I cancelled the second night as I would rather spend the 6 hours’ drive down south in the dark! As I went to my room there was an overpowering smell...

We stayed at the Kings Park Hotel for one evening last week. We booked via tripadvisor for £48. The room was in a corridor which had the distinct smell of cigarettes and obviously had not been refurbished in a few decades (the broken sign on the back of our door actually said "Make sure to put out cigarettes"!). The window...
