Booked a room via Booking.com received confirmation 45 pounds for one night Then they realise that Coldplay are in town that night, So, they just cancel my booking and hike prices up to 350+ per night Phoned Hotel they said their was a problem with their booking system meanwhile they advised Booking.com my card was not authorised, absolute nonsense Basically they are trying to rip people off. Booking.com getting back to me as they have escalated my complaint, so hopefully I get an alternative for similar price I’m reporting the Hotel to Trading Standards

Clean shower rooms n toilets. We took shared toilets and never had an issue they seemed to always be just cleaned. For ukl 40 a night we couldnt be happier. Covid has stopped the cooked breakfasts but cereals, toast n coffee made for ok continental. We 'll stay again.

I usually stay here all the time whenever in glasgow, unfortunately it is not the same as it was before, they no longer do cooked breakfast, yet they have kept the same rate, i'm sorry but this should be amended on the website. Its unfortunate that one of the best breakfasts in glasgow is no longer available, huge let down, and they didn't seem to care when I said it was a huge loss to no longer be doing it.

Booked for friends for a weekend, the place was spotlessly clean, and comfy beds, what more do you want? Only down side, en suite was rather small but did not spoil their visit, very central and close to plenty of amenities Will use again!

This hotel will not be everyone’s cup of tea ,I would say it’s perfect for young traveller’s or overnight stays like we had as we were going to a concert at the Garage nightclub around the corner on Sauchiehall street. We had a room with en_suite where others had to share toilet. The room had a double bed and a single bed,a nice big tv,kettle, coffee and tea.The toilet had a very small shower and the smallest sink I’ve ever seen. The room had a heater which was very welcome as it was a cold Glasgow night.Location was perfect for us and we walked up to Buchanan galleries in 15 minutes and down to Argyll street in 10 from there.Charring Cross train station and motorway are minutes away. All in all it served our needs and proprietor seemed friendly enough.

hi all, i am writing this review to recommend to any person who wants to book a room in this hotel .... based on my experience this was the worst hotel i have stayed in ... last week i booked a double room .... but after the first night i decided to change hotel as the toilet bowl didn't work and it kept leaking water all night .... the room was dirty, i asked the reception to change room for the problems mentioned above, and their response was to use the bathroom in the common area, not even to apologize for the inconvenience created, they are arrogant and therefore I strongly recommend not to use this hotel.

I stayed here during the pandemic and I must say it was one of the best overnight stays I’ve had. They followed the guidelines which was great. The food was lovely and the room was clean and comfortable to sleep in. Would definitely stay again!
