We had 3 adults and 1 child (2 1/2 years) sharing a large, spacious room. Breakfast was help yourself, with lots of choice of hot and cold foods. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and everything in it was fresh and new. Really impressed with this hotel.

We stayed for one night to attend a concert in the SSEC. The hotel was clean and the room had everything we required. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The SSEC was only a short taxi drive from the Hotel.

Staying as going to event at the Hydro. Hotel a little farther away than expected but still within walking distance (1.1m). Hotel clean. Disappointed there was no bar or restaurant. Stayed in a family room with double bed and 2 singles. Single beds were so uncomfortable and tipped over if turned over during the night.

It's hard to rate the hotel fairly. Once you're there it's quite good, but getting there via Satnav is a nightmare of epic proportions. It took me 1.25 hours driving round in endless circles to get there. Each satnav turn takes you in the wrong direction and the hotel Receptionist said it happens all the time to guests: the place...

Thank you for submitting your review. We're sorry to learn of the troubles you experienced in locating our hotel and you were disappointed in our WiFi extra. We do not include the cost of this extra in our room rates unlike some of our competitors as we believe this allows our guests to pay for the services they need so...

Our room was very spacious, exceptionally clean with a nice comfortable bed. The shower was good and the bathroom very clean. The free parking facilities is excellent and very close to the entrance to the hotel. The only down side to this hotel is the outside area needs to be maintained i.e. Litter everywhere.

Comfortable rooms bed with bath, shower TV and storage. Good location for SECC, has world buffet cinema frabkybennys nearby. Ideal but no bar or shop located nearby. Room on the back quietish although the noise from the motorways gets dulled out anyway. It's not 5 star bit it's OK

Just a basic room with basic amenities. No small cafe on site as I experience with other TLs, early check in is a bit of a faff with staff on phone saying not an issue and rooms would be available and together but on arrival, rooms not together and had to swap people around so we could get an early...

I stayed in a family room, There is a vent in the wall allowing cold air current to the room, never seen this in other hotels. The double bed was comfortable but the 2 single beds had very bad mattresses.

Thank you for your review of our Glasgow Paisley Road hotel. We’re sorry to hear that you found our pull out beds to be uncomfortable. After extensive customer trials and research, these beds were selected as being the best fit for our family rooms and once again we would like to apologise this was not the case on this occasion....

Extremely happy with my room. Bed was really comfy and clean. The outside location and appearance is deceiving as it looks a bit rough but inside was lovley and staff were happy to help with anything we asked for. Completely satisfied customer again.
