Grand hotel in the centre of Glasgow, so very easy to get around. My room was clean if a little dated. The heating did not work too well and so spent a cold night, and morning getting in and out of the shower. The staff were polite and helpful, cannot be faulted, and the breakfast was good, worth the stay...

This is one of those three star reviews where nothing was three star, it was either great or poor. The staff are a real credit to the group, every staff member was very friendly and helpful. The reception is well presented and make sure if you're eating at the hotel, get a table in the glass cubes overlooking the square....

And that's about it...my room was located next to the busy train station where it was loud and the tannoy echoed through the room! Hairs in my colleagues food and not really any kind of room amenities, disappointed and thought better of a hotel like this. Very centrally located but Wouldn't return

Last minute trip into early new year, hotel was immaculate, staff were exceptional polite & helpful. Was a very pleasant place to stay & walking distance to city centre for nightlife & shopping. One of the most comfortable beds we've slept in a hotel too!

Spent 2 nights at this hotel. The location was brilliant, in the heart of the city easy access to everything. Hotel was clean and spacious. Very impressed with our twin room. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Firstly It didn't rain! They told me it always rains in Scotland? They Lied! They lied! so to the Hotel. The staff are most decidedly friendly. The concierge? Excellent, and quiet adept at looking after the traveler. Enquire where to consume seafood in Glasgow, you’ll be informed to try “The Rogano”. it’s only 2 min away, beside the gallery of...

Went in here on visit to Glasgow before Christmas as we were early off the train in Queen Street station and thought we would get coffee here rather than going to the usual Costa etc. On entering reception we were ignored by the receptionist and eventually a passing member of staff advised us where coffee would be available. There was...

Used a Xmas gift voucher for afternoon tea which was very disappointing, very small portions and no thought whatsoever to variety and presentation. Small rolls halved and 3 tiny cakes each, not great at all.

The reception area is beautiful but the room was very dated, with strange stains on the ceiling. The lighting was also very poor and the milk provided in the room was out of date. Who knew UHT milk could do that...
