The location is good, very near Charing Cross Station and within walking distance of the centre of town. But it was the customer service from Pablo and his team at reception and the restaurant team which made this a very special stay for us. Nothing was too much bother and they were all so friendly. Wonderful - we will definitely...

My booking had been cancelled in error and the error was highlighted by myself within an hour of the cancellation, after paying the full fee upfront for 2 nights. This stay was to be the first leg of an extensive business trip which was to lead to a large conference which was planned for Ibis. However the company will NOT...

Hello gigill27 I am sorry that you have been so disappointed by our service. As you yourself cancelled your room before we were able to take the payment we suggested you simply book again with your agent whilst the rates were still at the same level. As you used an agent we cannot force reservations through them on your behalf...

Stayed here beginning may 17 for 2 nights , room fine but female staff at reception not very helpfull. Hair dryer did not work and I went down to reception for replacement and told maybe sockets don't work in room , which they did. They gave me a replacement but didn't work either. Turn out wires were bare and burnt...

The staff were very friendly and informative and the hotel room was small but clean and well maintained. The free WIFI was surprisingly competent. ...a larger kettle would have been an improvement, but that's just a minor gripe.

Tucked away but close to Sauchiehall Street. Hotel is typical of the chain but staff are very helpful and friendly which makes all the difference. Rooms are clean, bit small but comfortable. Quiet bar in hotel serves food.

Only stayed for one night to see The Beards play at King Tut's. I walked from the train station as I only had small luggage and it was probably a 20 minute walk. Would suggest those with more luggage or less physically able to take a cab, it can get pretty steep some of the hills. Check in was very...

This hotel was fairly basic, it was well located, easy walk to city centre and train stations, with some good restaurants and pubs nearby. Have stayed here many times on business and was very pleasantly surprised on checking in at the. Ew makeover to the hotel.
