Stayed here last night for a night in Glasgow. It's a nice little hotel, very central. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was basic and very clean. The bathroom was also clean but the shower was small and even though the water pressure was good it was only just warm enough for a very quick shower. Also no...

Excellent location, super friendly staff, spacious room on ground floor, spotlessly clean, quirky non chain building, walk out the door and you are in the city centre with all sights, bars, restaurants, shops literally on the doorstep. Breakfast was early but that suits us and it was fine .All of this and an outstanding price for two people. Will be back!😀

Staff are very friendly and helpful lovely welcome at reception. The room was cosy and clean. Had a room on the main street and although you could hear some music from the nearby club it wasn't enough to disrupt or stop us sleeping. Breakfast was nice went for the continental. Will use this hotel again.

Stayed here for 2 nights,Sat/Sun, the hotel is clean and the staff are very nice. It is located in the centre just of George Sq. Hotel is very dated as was the room/ensuite we stayed in. No A/C so we slept with the window open, very noisy from the street until the small hours, better on the Sunday night. Breakfast...

Friendly reception staff and a clean comfortable hotel c/w tea and coffee making facilities and a hair drier in the room. Sleep value was good on our stay. Central location and two minutes to Argyll Street and four minutes to Queen Street Station. Only negative could be for elderly or infirm clients was that there was no lift in the...

If you're looking for a place to crash for a city centre night out, this is a fine choice, but the rooms are tired and poorly maintained, and not soundproofed from both internal and external noise. I would not recommend it for a couples city break, or a tourist visit otherwise. On the plus side, the hotel is spotlessly clean,...

Stayed in a single room which was quite large, and well appointed. Room was clean and tidy, but, door was marked inside and out, making it look like someone had tried to force their way in. Wee coat of paint would sort this. Bed was comfortable, so, had a good sleep. Here comes the bad bit, as previously reported in...

great location with all the bar's clubs and restaurants that Glasgow's merchant city has to offer. Rooms a little tired but perfectly functional. I paid £3 extra for the cooked breakfast which was pretty good continental breakfast looked OK but basic. All in all a great wee place to stay for the price you pay.

The rooms should be warm when you arrive (especially if you're staying for more than one night). I simply hate the differentiated breakfast rates, you either fully include it or not... but paying extra for a decent breakfast is not fair. The continental breakfast was less than decent, with a woman just serving enough for a couple of persons. Besides...
