Stayed here for one night on 7 May 2015 when the hotel was fully booked due to a concert at the SSE Hydro which is a two minute walk away. The staff were without exception superb. At breakfast time the restaurant was very busy, but the staff coped admirably, flying around, always with a smile and a cheery welcome, clearing...

Perfectly located close to The Hydro, popular with other concert goers. Staff coped amazingly with a full hotel of Neil Diamond fans and moved the breakfast queue through professionally and courteously. Very pleased with both our rooms on 5 th floor, one riverside, one facing the Hydro and no noise heard from either perspective. Staff all very friendly, will definitely...

Perfect location for our purpose. Rooms small but clean and very adequate; breakfast good with very pleasant service. Expensive for the sort of hotel that it is -- functional rather than luxurious. Would recommend highly for anyone visiting the SSE Hydro.

Location is ideal if you're attending a conference in the convention center or seeing a concert at the Hydro ( 5 min walk). However, it's about a 20 min walk from the center, where things happen. Neighborhood is dead most of the time. Hotel is pleasant, front desk and restaurant personnel fairly helpful though I called the front desk in...

We spent one night here and was overwhelmed by the pleasant, helpful staff. Our room was on the 4th floor (2 elevators available) with a river view. It was kitted out with everything you could wish for - Apple TV, a selection of teas & coffees, a fridge, ice bucket and glasses, ample wardrobe space, a preset radio, air conditioning,...

I arranged a group booking here of our guests for an conference at the University of Glasgow. It's not the closest hotel to the venue but the hotel was perfect and had plenty of links to the city centre itself by public transport. The staff leading up to the event were extremely helpful, check-in was easy, the rooms themselves were...

Great location but basic hotel which prices itself high due to it's convenience for and close proximity to the Glasgow Hydro. Staff great, restaurant good and staff superb. They seem to have made an effort to get very friendly staff and train them well...it shows! Oh and one of our group dropped an ipod, it was lost, nowhere to be...

Have stayed in the hotel before so we knew how nice the hotel was. We stayed overnight as were seeing John Legend at the Hydro. Only 2 minutes walk away, it is by far the nicest hotel in this area. Receptionist was pleasant, room had a view, small but compact although a bit expensive. We enjoyed our stay and John...
