Lovely room. Very clean and spacious with Apple TV. Great location for the Hydro. The restaurant was great. Lovely staff and the food was excellent. I had the duck which was awesome. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. No faults at all. Will certainly stay here again and will recommend to my family and friends.

Very central location regarding our activities in Glasgow. Natasha on reception was so helpful on arrival and departure giving us excellent customer service The smoking area is sighted near the door and you had to walk past smoke fumes to access the door. Very off putting. Hotel is busy and only one lift working which meant there was a delay...

Dear Pat S Thank you for your review. I take on board your comments regarding smoking, we do have a riverside area for smoking away from the hotel building. I am sorry that there was an issue with one of our elevators – this has been resolved. Kind Regards, Brian

Actually it's called the Titan burger but why let that spoil a good headline?! A massive undertaking it was too with two homemade burgers, bacon, cheese, haggis fritter, rosti, barbecue sauce and tomato all teetering on a slate with hand-cut chips. Superb! The boss's duck was much more refined and her starter of salmon terrine was melt-in-the mouth, complemented by...

Good location at reasonable prices. There are four Hiltons in Glasgow and the GPS took us to the wrong one first. Easy walking along the river to the main parts of the city. Parking on site. Good breakfast included through bookings.com.

This hotel provides comfortable and a reasonably priced base for a visit to the Hydro, SECC and Glasgow theaters, museums etc. It is also convenient for both the STV and BBC studios and HQ's. Glasgow Central station is close by where it is possible to pick-up a connection to both Buchanan St. Bus Station and Queen St railway station.

Read quite a few poor reports about this restaurant on Trip Advisor. Mainly about poor service so it came as some surprise when we found the welcome, attention at the table and food served was without fault. We would go even further to say that the menu and food presentation showed good imagination and was excellent value for money! We...

This revue is mainly a thank you to the staff of the hotel. Worked at the hotel as part of the Darts Premier League event at the SECC across the road. From start to finish the staff were amazing, 10 out of 10 would be in order for their helpfulness. The room for our event was ground floor, very stylish,...

First of all I'd like to state it wasn't all bad the location is perfect walking distance to the city centre, and a stones through from the Hydro. Also the bar area was very nice with some good deals, and staff at reception and the bar where very friendly and polite. Unfortunately when I rate a hotel the main thing...

I stayed for one night after a business meeting and arrived quite late. I didn't have the room I paid for but I was too tired to argue so I just went to bed. What a great location directly on the Clyde, such a shame the hotel lacks in welcome, service, ambience and quality and dinner was particularly poor. Worst of all was the wine list. Overall the whole stay was expensive and we left feeling that at every turn the hotel was only interested in grabbing our wallet.

Dear Synon Thank you for your review. I am sorry that we did not exceed your expectations – we clearly have not delivered our normal high standards during your stay. Our wine list is developed with our supplier Bibendum and we feel it offers a good balance of entry level to premium wines. Kind Regards, Brian
