Great Breakfast and atmosphere quiet spacious hotel with excellent service and a friendly welcome. Would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative to visit. Rooms are comfortable with a sink. There are communal showers and toilets separate to the guest rooms on each floor but quite satisfactory for an overnight stay.

We stayed in a 3 bedroomed room for 2 nights 9th -11th feb to see a show at the Hydro. Room was nipping clean however the room was down one flight of stairs which combined with the long set of stairs up to the dining room for breakfast was a nuisance as my wife had to settle for bacon sarnies...

Well as the heading staff are very nice and helpfull. Good points for Hotel is location for me. Price was £118 for 2 nights B&B so not the cheapest. Good location within a few minutes of 2 subway stations and plenty of bars, cafes and supermarkets. Decent size room and good breakfast. Would definitely come again. Overall safe bet and excellent value.

It's a pity to have to mark down this hotel, as the management and staff are doing a wonderful job under very difficult conditions, and most of its faults are really beyond their control. The room was cramped, tiny and stuffy (the window did not open). Steps outside with no useful handrail, and an awkward staircase inside make it very...

This is a reasonably priced hotel (feels more like a guest house) in a good location if you have a big night out in Glasgow's West End. It's not a modern hotel but our room was spacious (a twin room with two double beds) and there was plenty of storage and power sockets. The bathroom seemed to have been built...

Old British house settled close to the Botanic gardens and the fantastic University of Glasgow. Good Subway connections. Breakfast is really tasteful and great. People are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are very big and comfortables. I would repeat, no doubt.

Lovely hotel. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Stayed at full occupancy and there was no noise pollution. I was worried about the communal bathrooms but they where absolutely spotless. Breakfast was great, good selection.
