Budget hotel near kings theatre. The staff were all very helpful and professional. For the price we paid £15 each for twin share the whole experience exceeded my expectations. Older style basic rooms but everything you need.

Only paid £36 for the room, the rooms are funny shapes but comfy enough and it was close to our destination for the evening (O2ABC). Also close to the kings theatre. The hotel does exactly what it says on the tin, the website said it might be noisy because of road works but we were not disturbed

Very tired looking hotel. Decor in room was not great. Location is central but is defo not the safest part of the city. Booked a double room and only had one set of towels in the room. Phoned reception to ask for late check out but the service was not available. Would not recomend or stay again in this hotel.

A fantastic location at a fantastic price. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the beds comfortable. My friends and I often go out on theatre trips and I imagine it won't be too long before we return seeing as Kings Theatre is just around the corner. Couldn't recommend the place more.

Stayed here for a weekend meeting in Glasgow. The hotel location is good for easy access to the motorway network running through the city centre. Our room was cold & the heating seemed to be motion-controlled which made the stand-alone radiator in the room essential. The beds were uncomfortable & so high it was difficult to get into bed without...

Food was great,room...

The main reason for staying overnight in a hotel is a good night sleep. Charing Cross provides that in a comfortable way. To stay in the room for any lengthy of time means one needs a comfortable seat. That too is provided by Charing Cross. To do anything more than reading a book or watching TV, like writing a letter...

I have stayed at this hotel before, & would do so again. The only problem we encountered was that we were in a corner room, & were not told that these rooms are cold, so should be supplied with a heater. Ours was not. We did not speak about the problem until the last night, which was our fault, but...
