Got a very good room rate for a one night business trip. Room was small but comfortable. Good wifi connection. Scottish breakfast was very well cooked. There is also parking, which can be an issue in Glasgow, although I had to run up onto the path opposite the house which seems to be mainly used for cars so not a...

Thank you so much for your review. The next few reviews are awful and I am starting to wonder if the people actually stayed at our Guesthouse or if they are from a competitor and if this is the case I am very disappointed in our competitors, we try to give a good service and the best possible price and...

The staff are really friendly and the owner is lovely, this is and old house with character. Even though the weather was cold the whole building was warm and welcoming. The full breakfast is included in the price and is what would cost around £6 or £7 in a cafe not including the coffee, toast and cereal. I have no...

Basic B&B with no frills. Room was clean and comfortable single bed. Tea & coffee available in room. Furniture and decoration needs to be updated but functional. On-suite bathroom again functional and very clean but it looks like an old converted pantry or such a room but ok for what was needed. The room was at the back and was...

Booked through booking.com back in October for 1 room for 4 people staying 1 night on 19th Nov 2016 as we were attending a gig. I received an email from the property on 18th Nov asking how many people were arriving and what time we'd be checking in. I replied advising 4 people and checking in at 3pm. Received another...

The above is most certainly not an accurate statement of what happened. We did have an issue with the room allocated to these people I most certainly did not poke my head out of the door. I had waited personally to ensure I advised the guests of the issues and that I had booked them into an alternative Guesthouse. Kenny...

Wow! Pictures can be deceiving; I thought I was going to a nice 'twee' B&B, but in reality a youth hostel would have been nicer. This place is so over due for a renovation it's not funny. The room I was given was the size of a single bed; it was in the basement and it was held together with...

I have grave doubts that the above person actually stayed at our premises The cost of the single room they have described is £38.00 per night. This room is a single room but also has a reasonably sized en-suite; a desk; a wardrobe and most certainly is not too small We also include a full Scottish breakfast in our prices....

Well, we were booked into this B/B but due to a problem with our room, we had to stay in the "Room Only" house next door. As it happens our room was lovely, and the owners were very friendly Went next door for our breakfast and was a little shocked just to get " one piece of bacon" no beans,...

Based on previous reviews we thought we would give this a try - our mistake. The room we had was dirty - not sure it had been cleaned recently, the bathroom had hairs all over the floor and sink, towels were stained or dirty, Too be honest I never took my shoes off. Breakfast was average - we were more...

Upon arrival, a lady (didn't introduce herself), seemed not to be expecting us and had to check the booking on her laptop. Not a smile or welcome - your room is upstairs! Perhaps caught her on a bad day? Didn't seem interested in us at all and came across as being an inconvenience. To the room itself, well it was...

We are a family of four and stayed in the en-suite family room. The room was large but not comfortable and not very clean (the carpet was dirty). Bathroom is in need of repairs. Breakfast okay but not enough tables for all visitors. Owners and staff more focused on TV than on guests. The only positive things are the good...

Again the above review is totally false We do not have a t.v. in the Dining Room deliberately so it would be impossible for the staff to be watching the T.V. Again, the family room was refurbished last year with new beds, new sofa, bedding etc. I am beginning to wonder if a competitor is putting these reviews on to...

It is more of a BB arrangement. The landlady was very sweet. Her accent was a little bit of a problem...but manageable. Location - little out of the main city area. Had to walk for good 20 mins to reach the happening part of the city. I guess some buses are also available. Rooms- very tiny room...but it was clean....
