Hotel in a great location for restaurants, pubs etc. City centre a good 15 / 20 min stroll. Room was large enough for our stay, ensuite compact. Breakfast helpself for cereal, juices etc. You have to order your hot food. Standard scottish breakfast is sufficient. Breakfast is early, probably for those who are on business trips..

Great hotel - clean, spacious, helpful, great location and price. Reception is open 24 hours a day and they were extremely helpful when we consulted them about our plans for the day. Breakfast choices were good, and the food was hot and tasty. I would certainly stay again.

I arrived after an overnight flight from Canada. I was warmly welcomed and was also able to purchase an adapter for my devices without having to walk into town to buy one. The breakfast was hot and beautifully served by friendly staff. The room was spotless and warm. City centre was within easy walking distance. A good experience.

A wonderful find within easy walking distance to Glasgow university, great breakfast, super friendly staff and nice spacious clean rooms. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and close to lots of restaurants as well. We will return !

This is a budget B&B with an expensive price tag. I can only assume that the reviewers who have given such glowing feedback are friends or family, Basic room, 2 single beds, 1 bedside table, 1 table, 1 chair, 1 wardrobe, 2 thin towels with complimentary mini bars of soap on top of them. Nowhere in the bathroom to put...

Great and friendly service. Bathroom is a bit outdated, but very tidy and clean. 35mins walking distance to city central, or around 6 pounds by taxi. 5 mins to bar, restaurant and supermarket. Will definitely stay there again if revisiting Glasgow.

Very pleasant hotel with friendly staff. Clean room. The room facing the front had single glazed windows that did not keep noise blocked enough at night - but I'm a light sleeper ;-) Quite short (1.5h) breakfast time from 7:00-8:30 with full hot Scottish breakfast if desired. The buffet on the other had limited choice.

We stayed here for a night a while back and it was just perfect. It was a rainy night so the cosy feel of the room was pleasant and homely. It is in a very central location, it is really clean. Great value for money, doesn't cost an arm and a leg but you definitely get more than you pay...

The location is convenient with easy access to public transport; the staff are user friendly and cheerful; the Scottish breakfast is delicious; the room we stayed is tidy and comfortable. Overall experience is very good.
