My partner and myself were there in february for a couple of days, our room was in the last floor, small room but cosy, breakfast was delicious, we took the scottish one. For parking is a bit complicated in this place because everything is private, but if you are lucky you will get a place in the car park that...

I stayed for one night prior to a funeral. Staff were very friendly. The room was clean, tasteful and cosy. The bed was comfortable. There was a kettle, coffee and biscuits, TV and free wifi. The breakfast was hearty with a good selection of fruits and cereals. I couldn't ask for more and will stay again.

Great location, fantastic price. Very clean, spacious and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Had a great night sleep too. Didn't have breakfast, so cannot comment on food, but smelled good anyway. Recommended hotel for a West End stay.

We stayed here on NYE. Staff were very polite & welcoming on arrival and left a very good lasting impression by asking us all about our stay when we left. The hotel was very clean, modern and the rooms were spacious. It was under a 10 minute walk from Byers road which was great as we went to the street...

We stayed for 1 night as we were going to a wedding reception 2 minutes away. The hotel is comfortable and great value for money. Parking nearby is tricky but we managed to find somewhere not too far away after a bit of searching. For the price we paid, no complaints!

Stayed for one night. Male on reception didn't believe how many rooms we had booked, said we hadn't booked them, finally discovered we had and the stress of us thinking we didn't have enough rooms was over. Not a single apology and the staff member didn't actually care, shocking service. Set in an area which you need to go down...

Stayed here recently for 1 night with a friend when we went to the MTV EMA event at the SSE Hydro. I booked a triple room (which we got) and was very spacious! Was even shocked at the size of the TV, where I've stayed in the past I've had to put up with a small box TV but this...

Stayed one night at the Heritage Hotel, good location. Friend was in a concert close to the University. Worked really well. Pizza Hut takeaway close at hand. Wifi available in the rooms. Did not have a problem with connection. Ended up having a contenetal breakfast which was ample and lots of variety available. Taxi found the place easily enough and...

My grandson and myself stayed here for 5 nights very recently. A delightful budget hotel a 5 minute walk and a 6 minute underground ride away from the very centre of Glasgow. Our room was very spacious, en-suite with a lovely body massage shower, really comfortable beds, tea and coffee making facilities. We had room No1, no stairs and very...

Being lucky to have secured tickets for the Ryder Cup at Gleneagles we were keen to find some convenient accommodation in Glasgow and this hotel seemed to fit the bill. Easy to get to from the airport and reasonably close to the city centre (10 minutes in taxi) it did offer exactly that. However there were some features that were...
