Good location and value for money. We arrived early and secured a parking space . We were told at the desk as we were early our room would be prioritised. We went out to explore and returned for 3pm check in but we then had to wait another 100 minutes before our room was ready with no real explanation and just being told that reception had phoned the cleaners and it wouldn’t be long . Unfortunately I had to ask for a clean cup when we got to our room and there was only 1 bathrobe , threadbare towels and no bottled water ( only iron bru - this is fine but no explanation) Checkout was effecient .

Got a great deal with 5pm £25.00 each bed breakfast and wine on arrival. Receptionist was very helpful and booked a taxi for the restaurant we were going to. Rooms were immaculate and very spacious. Breakfast buffet choice was varied and a scottish breakfast cooked fresh. Absolutely delicious. Would recommend and would go back. Very central two streets down from sauchiehall Street.

A shambolic experience. Novotels are usually a very reliable chain but this was wrong on so many levels. On arrival, reception understaffed with a single member of staff dealing with a non-accommodation issue meant long wait to be seen. Later there was no-one at all at reception for a period of time when raising a room issue. The pass key didn’t work for the gym The lift door kept getting stuck. The overall feel was of a grotty and poorly maintained facilities and a lack of staffing. Breakfast was chaos. The orange juice tasted like orange squash (which I think it was) Needs serious work to get it back up to usual Novotel standard.

Staff in the hotel were very welcoming great service hotel probably a little tired from the last time I stayed there but excellent value for what you’re paying - clean & adequate facilities. Excellent check in - although car park was first come first serve there were plenty of spaces £8 per exit

Disgusting workers, kicked out because we forgot our key at 3am, 4 young girls left drunk in dresses, scariest worst night. Guy at the desk was on a power trip I either want our money back or that man sacked. Id love if his daughters were kicked out at that time.
