I Stay here quite often, very friendly staff and the beds have the new mattresses. Getting hold of an iron is sometimes a challenge so I would definitely recommend not waiting till the morning to iron your shirt, unless you like stress :-) only 20 mins from the airport and 5 mins from the train station

Rooms small , not enough loo roll , breakfast ok , unhelpful reception in the evening , if you need a quiet nite don't stay here ,as the streets are very busy all nite ! Lifts were small and often had to wait a while for one ?

I am recently recovering from surgery to my knees. I requested a disabled room so I could use the shower with the help of handrails. Generally that went ok. My argument with the disabled room was that it was on the 4th floor. If there was a fire and elevators could not be used how on earth can a disabled...

Stayed here for one night with my best friend for Ben Howard concert in April. It truly is the best sleep, the bed is the comfiest thing I have ever experienced. The hotel room was nice, just as you'd expect in a busy area. Only downfall was there was no complimentary shampoo or conditioner which would have been useful since...

Which is a bonus, however the price hike has led me to shop around which is unfortunate! The barmaid was more than helpful...

I am sitting in my room in this hotel - the room next door has been having a party for the last hour (it's only 9.15pm). Loud music, loud yelling, objects and people crashing off the walls. As a lone female traveller, I am not comfortable knocking on their door to give a piece of my mind. So I call...

I won't moan about room size or occupancy as it was my own choice, booked double room didn't knew about twin room as friend of mine agreed on last minute to come with me. Reason for booking this hotel was the distance, as it was near Marriott and i was attending a charity show there. Very nice and professional staff...
