HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

Travelled on business in June 2016 to visit clients in Glasgow. I have stayed wt this hotel many times before and always found it to be a good place to be. I booked a suite with outside balcony (3rd time now in the exact same room!!) Access from the reception is via lift and you need your keycard to operate...

I stayed here with my mother and was surprised of the state and standards of the hotel. It is nothing like any other Hilton hotel. The rooms are freezing and out dated. The shower has the weakest water pressure taking ages to shower. The hotel is in a poor state. The floors are dirty and the furniture are stained. We...

I stayed at the Hilton for 4 nights in March 2017 on a business trip. The property looks modern and welcoming at the reception. However, the façade of a modern hotel does not last for long. While the public spaces seem well appointed, the rooms are not in a great shape for a Hilton brand hotel. The room that I...

My husband and I stayed here on the 18th March to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We stayed in a junior executive suite, which cost £250.00 for the night. When we arrived in the suite we were shocked to find that the carpet had been drawn over with ink, I expected that a hotel of this standard would have replaced this....

I do a lot of business travel and as a Gold member, I had a few HH points going spare. I booked a weekend in Glasgow at the Hilton, William St and I was very happy that I did. On my arrival on Friday, I was offered a different room which not knowing the hotel, was a blessing. I loved...

A great place in the city centre. It is not in the middle of everything so it makes it more peaceful. However everything else is only a few minutes walk. So very convenient. Staff extremely accommodating. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Had executive lounge access and that was well worth it- I highly suggest it if you can. Also, the...

Stayed here for a week on business. Rooms were fairly nice, but the heating controls were decorative only. Didn't seem to make any difference what you did with the control the heat still pumped out. The gym was ok, but could do with expanding as it was really busy. Most importantly though is the wifi. The connection was very poor...

I stayed at the Hilton Glasgow for the c2c festival and its was one of the best Hilton i have stayed in. We had checked in online but on arrival that room was not ready since it was half 1 so we were offered an identical room. Also the car parking is very simple but be careful not to miss...

This Hotel had everything we wanted. The room was a family room for two of us and was spotless. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a corporate meal so can't comment on the restaurant. Prices are in line with everywhere else in the city.
