We booked 2 nights at this hotel and it was our first time staying here. We had booked this hotel as they are one of the few who offered 3 adults in one room as our grand daughter was joining us for the second night. Check in was good and efficient although no information was given regarding breakfast times (and... More

Both nights the hotel hosted extremely noisy parties - the first was a wedding, the second a Halloween party and sound-proofing was pretty non-existent. On the first night... More

Been staying for a 4 nights while working nearby and just got woke out of my sleep with techno/rave style thumping music. Called reception to be told it's normal on weekends as there's a function and it will stop at midnight. The rest of my stay has been good but very Disappointed and cross that I have to accept the...
