I had to cancel trip due to locations being changed I had to pay the money up front even though it said pay at stay. I cancelled a week ago and still no refund. Can’t get through on phone and the don’t answer emails or messages so still waiting for my money back
It seemed like a great place on paper but when we arrived back from a family event nearby we were met with a full on rave! This noise outside our window was unbearable and the “music” went on until 12am. We had no pre warning or idea this would be the case. The noise was so loud it made the wardrobe rattle and upset my daughter who was tired after a long day of holiday fun. The beds were terrible and ready for the skip. The best part was the shower and checking out. This was not the nights sleep needed before the long drive back to London the following day. If we were made aware this is a nightclub we would not have booked it.
Janine and Laura could not have made me feel more welcome, they are absolute diamonds. Sometimes as a solo business traveller you feel a bit isolated, it was so nice to have someone to talk to and make you feel like you are not a stranger. Thank you ladies x I will definitely stay here again when working in Glasgow.
Quick beet garden pint with gf and kid, outside, manky with rain, place has made effort to install heaters, good service, tv screens outside too, def be bcck in drier weather poss try the food also as only had a pint

First time coming to the Fullerton park hotel food was absolutely discusting the chef has clearly lost his passion for cooking as I wouldn’t even feed my dog the food he was serving. The girls behind the bar were so friendly and very energetic so clearly the weak link is the chef as this place has great potential. Working in a kitchen is a stressful environment I deal with this first hand and know how stressful it gets but really no need for the poor quality of food.
Friendly, accommodating staff all very helpful. Room adequate and clean with tea and coffee. Good location to Emirates stadium approx £7-9 in an Uber. Lots of nearby takeaways and convenience stores. Hotel serves a basic breakfast, and a small Evening food menu. We were quite happy
We booked our Christmas Lunch for a party of 19. The ones that had soup all complanied how salty the soup was, and almost every one of us left our Potatoes and Brussels, both of which were solid and under cooked and the roast potatoes were black inside. Really not a nice lunch. Would not recommend you dine here. We mentioned to the Manageress who advised that there was nothing she could do as you need to mention whilst eating the meal not when they are collecting tbe plate. RIDICULOUS... Then there was the service time we waited 15 minutes for our sweet to arrive. Not sure if thats their way of punishing us for complaining??? I know not one of us would return.
Thank god it was only for one night , it’s supposed to be a no smoking hotel yet there were cigarette burns on the bathroom sink the toilet seat wasn’t fitted properly to the toilet, The mattress on the bed was that thin it gave me a sore back the next morning, whilst my stepson slept on the sofa bed that was just as bad as it was more or less just sleeping on the springs. There were no sachets of shampoo or conditioner in the shower . For what you charge you should at least put these extras in the room , but next time I will book elsewhere 1/10 rating would be as high as I go
Amazing hidden gem in the East-End. Food is tasty and portions are huge. We had 14 in our party and even the fussy ones where impressed, we had two vegan diners in our party who’s needs were met with no fuss at all. The 2 course lunch has plenty of choice and the service was top notch. Would recommend to anyone.
