The hotel is in a great location, staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were very clean. The only thing is I would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The rooms were also air conditioned which was pleasing. I did not avail of breakfast
Ilia and Petar were extremely helpful. I was in need of a room quite late at night and they did everything they could to give me a good deal. 5/5. Both very customer orientated even on such a late shift and seemed cheerful to be doing what there were doing. Thanks again.
My partner was refused into the room as he couldn't remember the room number because he had 1 too many. Staff were laughing at him and had no respect at all. Instead if coming to an agreement the chucked him out as he was frustrated at them. If you like being looked down at and given no respect then this hotel is for you. Rooms basic and very dusty. Pillow cases on wrong way just an awful experience.
Hotel is in the centre of the town, but there is not much to do, few shops, few restaurants, no terrasses, looks old, much is closed (because covid?). Hotel is GREAT, very modern, 2 separate beds, bathroom, big towels, coloured light, very quiet. Breakfast from 6.30-10.30, lots of serials, yoghurt with fruits, croissants, jam (no ham or cheese), hardboiled egg, applejuice, coffee, tea.
i loved everyhing about this hotel. Excellent location. Clean, friendly. Good breakfast. Only one minus. There was minimal space for luggage. That is why I do not rate the room at highest. A pleasant feature was how you can manage the lightning in the room, Red bllue, green yellow
5. Great night clean comfy staff friendly.nothing to much problem room very nice all new. Kept clean tidy bathroom was also spotless will stay again well done to all staff from point a hotel bath street glasgow thanks Elizabeth musto take care
Easy check in. Staff were very friendly. The room was well equipped with a hairdryer and decent hair/body wash. A control panel with clear instructions allows you to manage the room temperature, air conditioning and lights (including hue and patterns). The bed was comfortable with cosy bedding. Very little noise from the hall/other rooms. I was unsure about booking a room without a window, but it was fantastic for getting a good sleep.
Fantastic hotel! Very clean and modern. Excellent use of space with a very functional room. Friendly and helpful staff. Regret not trying out breakfast. Close to bus station and train station so great location. Highly recommend!
Brilliant stay, well-located and carefully designed, comfortable rooms. The thing that really makes this hotel exceptional though is its staff; Paul on breakfast was always very friendly and really went out of his way to be helpful, as well as the reception staff, Kaitlyn, Jennifer and Craig, and the three gentlemen who were working the nightshift during my stay. All of them were friendly, helpful and approachable. Before my arrival, I was a bit skeptical of the reviews that said the continental breakfast was good, but it was really enjoyable with lots of variety and options. The atrium breakfast bar set up worked really well. The coffee was also better than expected. I could hear some noise in my room in the late evening, so perhaps a light sleeper would not enjoy it the way I have, but personally I didn't have any issues. The beds were very comfy and it didn't take me long at all to drift away to sleep. Overall, a really great stay.…
Very central and close to 24 hour secure car parking (but quite expensive @ £25 for 24 hours). Windowless rooms kept to our budget and didn’t miss the window for a one night stay. Air con quite noisy in the room but everything you need for your stay is there in a compact way. Didn’t have breakfast but the breakfast room looked lovely.
