Lovely stay. Lovely room full of Scottish charm. Comfy bed, lovely windows, warm shower, high ceilings & quiet. As beautiful as this hotel is the staff were also fantastic. During our stay we were looked after by two ladies on the check in desk. Super friendly, knowledgeable, smiley & helpful. Would definitely stay here again based on the lovely room...

We booked 2 nights at this hotel arriving after 10pm, reception staff were very welcoming and checked us in quickly. Our room was very nice, but had no view, we were somewhere in the middle ( room 211 ). Comfy bed, clean, tea & coffee making facilities. Happy to supply extra milks & biscuits when asked. Breakfast was buffet, we...

This is a nice, clean hotel with helpful friendly staff. It's located in a quiet road and just a short walk to the town centre and a range of bars and restaurants. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but it smelled nice!

The hotel is very nice, clean and tidy. The reception staff are probably the most friendly I have ever come across. The rooms are a decent size and for the location the price is good. Overall I would recommend a visit.

Stayed in an executive double room and was really impressed. Staff were a credit to the hotel from check in right through to checkout. Our room was a good size, didn't have much of a view but this isn't something that we particularly care about as we were only here 1 night. Nicely decorated, reception area felt as if it...

We were on the 2nd floor and people should be aware there is no lift in this hotel. We were only really here to sleep so lack of...

Location great for access to restaurants and other attractions. Staff super smiley :0) and soooo helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Very impressed. Classy decoration and great kerb-appeal. Room spacious and spotlessly clean. Bathroom top-tip.

When we checked in a member of staff immediately took our luggage to our room (3rd floor, no lift). This was an unexpected courtesy. Our room was a family room with a massive bed that could easily sleep 4 and a single. There was a sofa and a couple of comfy chairs as well as a stool. The fridge was...
