Breakfast excellent, one of the best I've had. Bed very comfortable. Flatscreen tv... All good. However a bad point, in the bathroom. I travel a huge amount and this is the worst I have ever come across!! Room 303. The shower cubicle is less than 6 inches from the toilet rendering it a cramped and entirely impractical space. The bathroom...

My partner and i came here for one night as we were going to see Frankie Boyle at the kings theatre. The location is right in the city centre, close to all you could need.. especially the theatre and a few nice resturants to eat in. The rooms were very spacious, clean and tidy. Friendly staff and no problems at...

For a hotel to drop into for a couple of nights this is a great place - I stayed for a week in an executive room which does give you more room to relax. The best experience in the hotel has to be the staff - always helpful and attentive from reception to the morning breakfast. I had an issue...

A wonderful hotel ideally situated for access to the City. Clean and spacious rooms, polite and efficient staff with an excellent breakfast thrown in. What more could you ask for and if you keep your curtains closed you won't even notice the demolition site at the rear.

The Best Western was well situated to the many places we were visiting. We were in Scotland for the All Scots Irish Step Dancing competition. It was reasonably priced, the rooms are cleaned and updated bath facilities. The morning breakfast worked nicely for us. No extra amenities, like restaurant or bar. I would stay here again.

Had a nice weekend here in February, very clean rooms, staff extremely nice and the breakfasts were great, served in a buffet style. Only small complaint would be the heat in the room was quite unbearable and the radiator would not turn down. Great bar just 2 minute walk from the hotel The Griffin. Less than 5 minutes in a...

Stayed here with a fiend after a concert in the hydro, hotel was lovely. Room clean and modern. We were on the ground floor looking on to the street but it wasn't overly noisy! The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast which we paid for over and above the room was nice. Would defo stay here again
