I stayed twice at Adelaides, in August of this year (each time for 3 nights). I am totally satisfied with everything. Their Internet site is very specific, concerning the sharing with the day care center and well as the included breakfast. So, if you read everything carefully before booking, you'll have no surprises. My room was on the interior court...

I would love to give this place a great review but when I went out for a little while in the evening and was told by the person who was in the guest house that I didn't need a outside door key to get back in with, I was stuck outside of the guest house for 45 minutes ringing the...

Ted was very helpful and welcoming after a long flight from Melbourne. The accommodation was great with a good hearty breakfast. Adelaide was in a good position, and recommend the stay. Ted had the answer to anything we needed Trish, Helen and Sue

We chose this as our spot for a couple nights with the intention of getting over jet lag; Rick Steves gave this place rave reviews, and I'm undecided. Indeed, that there are many positives about this location....for starters, the staff are very warm, friendly and helpful....the breakfast is solid, but they charge extra for eggs which I thought was a...

Dear JediSushichef Thank you for pointing out two of the best features of Adelaides the location and the staff both of which are regularly praised as you yourself have done. I would like to take this forum to address some of the issues you raised in your review. In the last few years we have included continental breakfast into our...

My friend and I had a wonderful experience at Adelaides in Glasgow. The staff were most helpful and friendly. The room are clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the location is perfect, walking distance to downtown and many amenities. I would highly recommend Adelaides guest house, and would choose it in a moment if I should travel to Scotland again.

We stayed here for three nights and everything was in order; the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good, the place was very hygienic, the location was good (downtown and West End are both in walking distance), and the price-quality ratio was fine. Would recommend it.

I stayed here several months ago.I flew into Glasgow, but didn't expect to like Glasgow, so I just booked one night there and left for Edinburgh the next day. However, in the 24 or so hours I was there, I found that I like Glasgow. A lot. Mostly because of the people I encountered there, including at Adelaide's. Adelaide's is...

Adelaides might only be a 2 star B&B but it is perfect for a short break in a city centre. The room was more than adequate, good size and lovely clean and comfy beds. The continental breakfast is included but for just £6 you can have a tasty Scottish breakfast cooked by a lovely lady who is very accomdating and...

Adelaide's was not at the fancy end of lodgings. Staff were helpful and friendly. The price was good for Glasgow. Our room was nice but, although it could have used some updating. Nice bathroom, nice bed, and good wifi. Breakfast was good, with good choices for us. Good location not too far from the Glasgow School of Art. We would...
