We stayed in the family suite, it was perfect for our two kids (two twin beds) and ourselves (queen bed). The bathroom was a good size and we loved being in the center of everything. The location is good if you want to see all of St. Andrews, it's almost right in the middle of town, close to the Castle...

Great hotel, very good location. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast was great, can't fault the staff serving in the morning. Didn't spend much time in the bar but it looked decent enough. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars from me was that no one, other than the breakfast staff said hello or had a conversation with...

You check-in at the bar as soon as you walk into the establishment (which might mean waiting for them to finish with a pub customer). Very friendly. Room 103 was standard. My daughter commented that it looked like a dorm room. Nothing fancy, but very spacious. No view to speak of out of our room and, unfortunately, seemed to be...

The location was very convenient. Full Scottish breakfast (including haggis, black pudding and potato scones) was great, the vegetarian version was also good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the wifi did not work at any point during the week.

The rooms are adequate and clean. Bonus was the lift (but only to the second floor ) Good position near the middle of town. Parking a problem but we eventually found one, but had to pay. There is also a bar - very friendly staff - and a restaurant .Can only recommend the fish. Breakfast was included in the price....

Friendliest barmaid in St. Andrews. Great attention to detail and good food too. Not too expensive and a nice variety of food and drink. Beware of the Blue Moon though. Head hurts after one too many of them!!

Lovely hotel in a great location for the old course, also lots of eating places and bars near by. Rooms were a great size and very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We also had breafast which was lovely and included in the very reasonable room cost.

My stay in Greyfriars Hotel was short but enjoyable. Nice welcoming staff, comfortable bed, clean bathroom and nice soft towels. Tea and coffee in room. The only thing I would say was missing was some shower gel or shampoo. They did have a soap dispenser but if you have a bath you can't reach up to the soap dispenser while you're soaking...
