We stayed for 6 nights in this lovely place and i must say it ticked all the boxes. It is conveniently located a short walk from the train station which we used daily to travel to Edinburgh. The hosts are friendly, attentive and very helpful. They were really quick to fix any problems such as changing a lightbulb. The rooms...

My sister stayed here a couple of times and recommended it. I can see why - it has everything you need. The rooms are immaculately presented with real attention to detail. I had a twin ensuite bedroom which was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and warm (see earlier review). Bryan was very welcoming throughout and he makes a great cooked breakfast....

Such a cosy bedroom, I loved having little naps in there! Breakfast is around 8:30 which suited us but be aware. Free parking on the driveway and unintrusive hosts. Fab power shower, definitely no issues with heating (read another review).

As soon as the front door opened we were greeted by a hostess who treated us more like friends than guests. My husband thought it was one of the best cooked Scottish breakfasts he had ever had. Over breakfast we had the privilege of meeting an equally friendly host. What a wonderful couple!
