Myself and my wife visited this location for 2 cold drinks. We ordered the drinks at 1400 and still by 1423 we had only just received our drinks this is not fast service at all when paying via the app. If people are wanting to leave a tip to the tmstaff advise them to work faster.

We were excited to learn that this place had new managers so we went along for a visit. Only to be left disappointed. We were using the beer garden which was quite cold and told us they ran out of gas for the heaters as they were busy the night before. Unfortunately I noticed everyone eventually went home or elsewhere. We asked for a couple of cocktails and when they arrived we got told no more cocktails after this cause there’s no more Ingredients, again because they were too busy the day before, the french martini cocktail tasted nothing like it should so when we approached the bar guy he said well in actual fact the cocktails are poured from a pump already made, (which we could tell anyway) but charging £6.99! Felt the bar man didn’t really care to be honest. Very disappointed 😞

During a visit to the local area, we booked a table for food and drinks. The large restaurant area was modern and comfortable. The bar was well stocked. Food prices appeared reasonable but all I can say it was extremely disappointing and certainly not value for money. The soup was barely warm and the main meals had been clearly defrosted in the microwave as the temperature of the food was variable. The portion size of my stroganoff was small considering it wasn’t cheap. One positive was the drinks which were reasonably priced in a well stocked bar.
