I booked for afternoon tea for my friends birthday treat and we were so disappointed. The ads on line make it look so inviting. The sandwich fillings were tasty but the bread was quite hard - as if the sandwiches had been left out uncovered. The scones were delicious but disappointed it was whipped cream and not clotted cream as...

Dear Mr. Mountford, Thank you very much for your feedback. I am truly sorry to hear your stay wasn't as expected. The problem with the wifi was an occasional malfunction and it will need a specialized team to resolve it, there was nothing the local team could have done on the spot. Should you decide to give us another opportunity...

I was on a business trip and this hotel was ideal, well situated, plenty of parking and the room was large and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of desk space to work at with a decent view over some fields and far enough from the motorway to be quiet. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly...

Grange Manor offer high teas on Groupon and four of us have been twice lately. On the first occassion we were not told that high teas had been moved over to Cooks at the other side of the car park until we arrived. One of our party is disabled and was using her wheelchair that day. The chap on reception...

This lovely hotel is a great base for touring around Scotland. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was first class with a vast choice. All the staff were very friendly and professional in their service. Would definitely recommend and return but do need to have transport as it is a little out of town.

Warm welcome. Room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with an invigorating shower and loads of hot water for the bath. Breakfast was marvellous - a Full English/Scottish in everything but name; as with the Cook's Bar and Kitchen across the car park, the black pudding and haggis are superb. It's also about a half-mile walk from the Kelpies, which is...

Booked High Tea through Groupon for four people. The food was quite good but the service was slow. They seem to skimp on the basics. This was a one course meal for four with scones, shortbread and brownies with tea or coffee. Toast was also provided. There was not enough butter for the toast and we had to ask for...
