The staff were very welcoming and made us feel like we were family. The location was perfect for touring near Edinburgh, William Wallace monument, and stirling for our trip. It was a great starting point for people waning to tour Scotland like we are.

great location, very friendly staff, couldn't do enough to ensure you have a great stay, lovely meals in pub next door. Easy to get around, not far from Falkirk wheel, The Helix, Stirling castle and the wallace monument

Usual premier inn standard, clean and tidy. Staff were really, really good, friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and they spoke every time we came in and out! Quite a new hotel so more modern than others we have stayed in. Good location, fairly quiet. Would recommend.

The truth is that the Premier Inn is a budget hotel with no thrills and you get what you pay for. The Premier Inn is a little better than that but what makes it special are it's staff. We've stayed in a number of Premier Inn's in the Falkirk area when visiting family and the staff are always warm and...

We were a party of four, staying in two rooms. We were breaking a long journey to the far northwest of Scotland. We arrived quite late, after a long, difficult journey through torrential rain on the motorway. All we wanted was to go straight to bed so we could set off refreshed the next day to our holiday accommodation. Unfortunately...

The Hotel was great. Staff were great I got a comfortable night's sleep and in the morning breakfast was very good. The reason for my lower rating was the meal deal which left me confused and irritated. I usually take the breakfast deal which if you buy two adult breakfast you get child free and think this is good but...
