well what a choice , thanks to trip advisor , my first time in edinburgh so was looking for a great place to stay for 3 nights , well this is the place full stop carole was so helpful from the time i first made the booking to the day we left . room was just how we like it...

Let's see... a welcoming, proud Scot family of accomplished bagpipers and a full (huge) Scottish breakfast made with care, love and only the finest local ingredients (whiskey for your porridge?) a fine feather bed, vibrant, thriving backyard garden with fountain, roses and very well-fed, happy buggies from that last bite at breakfast you absolutely have no room for... c'mon people!...

Our first time in Edinburgh very beautiful city the B&B i found on tripadvisor was very very good; we had a warm welcome from our hostess given a very handsome room; The breakfast was so good for us with very wonderful food and coffee; The only B&B in Scotland to give us salmon and eggs with good bread and croissants...

We can only repeat what other tripadvisor reviews say. Bencruachan has it all. Great accommodation ,fabulous breakfasts, wonderful hosts, elegant furnishings, good location, excellent value, I would absolutely recommend this B&B.I am confident you will be very pleased if you choose to stay here. we enjoyed it very much.RON & KAREN.

From start to finish our 3 night stay at Ben Cruachan was perfect. Carol, George & Ruth are wonderful hosts. Lovely sized, beautifully decorated room, the walk in wet room was lovely. Have spent a lovely 3 days in Edinburgh staying at Bencruachan. we have been totally spoiled, we had a beautiful en suite room with fab decor , comfortable bed, crisp white linen, ,and wonderful shower . Stayed for three nights recently, everything was perfect. Breakfast was fantastic, yummy food that set you up for the day - porridge with whiskey, cream and honey was a deliciously decadent treat! Had a great time, lovely rooms, very nice hosts and breakfast to die for!!!! I will be back!! This is one of the best B&B I have ever stayed in. Edinburgh is a beautiful city and this B&B is so close to the city centre with lots of good places to eat close by.

My husband, father-in-law and I recently stayed 4 nights at Ben Cruachan with Carole and George and had a fantastic time. The BnB was perfect; great location, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and good sized showers with great water temp and pressure.
