The hotel is a walking distance from the coach station. Stayed in the family room which was cozy but main heating was not working but they had supplied a portable heater. There was no wifi in the room. The shower was not hot enough and the last person to shower got lukewarm water. Also this room is on the side facing the...

Very friendly staff, clean rooms. Nice décor in red/black. Woodwork/windows could be doing with a re-furb, as could en-suite bathroom(pine linings) Tea-making and toiletteries provided. Restaurant (Thai) had delicious well priced dishes, and if you are a resident you got 20% discount. Perfect location for shopping/Theatre/Buses.

Room was small, was not cleaned at all for the time we were there 4 nights, bedding was not changed, we had to ask for loo roll, towels and to have our rubbish removed, also noisy. Nothing like advertised.

Stayed for one night to attend an event. This was the cheapest room I could find and for the price it was certainty good. Small room, but that was all I needed. Bed was fine and breakfast was a bonus. Staff were friendly. Not my taste in décor, but nothing to complain about - bright rooms. Hotel is effectively in...

The hotel was near to the centre with all places interested in a short walk away. Rooms were clean enough for my purposes but fussy people may have issues. Couldn't get on the WiFi but didn't need it really and the owner did explain on arrival that someone had damaged one of the routers. Previous reviews I read had people...

In an expensive city this is ahem price wise. It's central clean with adequate breakfast. If I had one complaint it would be the residual cooking smell in evening from Thai restaurant but very minor complaint.

Considering the great value price, you have an absolute bargain! The Hotel is a 15 minute walk from the train station, fantastic central location...lots of bars and restaurants nearby and a Vue Cinema just 5 mins walk away! Free continental style breakfast, free wi-fi and a Thai restaurant downstairs at night! What more could you possibly ask for. It's not...

We spent three nights in the Hotel Twenty. Out of all hotels in central Edinburgh it was one of the cheapest with included breakfast, that's why we chose it, as we didn't want to stay in a hostel. Following a short summary of the stay. Room: Our room was on ground floor. Clairaudient walls, but luckily when we visited the...

Don't expect a fancy 5-star hotel when you pay for a 2-star hotel. Easy as that. The staff was very friendly and made our stay at the hotel enjoyable. The bed's are very small but yet comfy. Very quiet neighbourhood and no loud noises during the night (not even during the weekends). The location was fine - a 10 minute...
