The bathroom light did not work so reported it and was fixed by time got in. Very dated and decor more like a brothel, this...

Worst night sleep ever in room 10 woke up shattered. Springs in the mattress sounded like a freight train every time one of us moved. Plaster was hanging down from the damp stained ceiling. The noises from the boiler were continuous from 7.30 am extremely loud and considering we'd had little sleep anyway was not funny. Went down for breakfast...

Hotel Twenty was a great and affordable find that is located in a very convenient location about 15 minute walk from the Edinburgh Waverly bridge/station which is the central area of Edinburgh. The room was spacious and felt very "home-like". The room can house two people comfortably. The bathroom was also very clean and the decor in both rooms made...

We arrived in early june at midnight we had to wait outside for a lot of minutes until someone came, the attention was good but the rooms were dirty and the breakfast was poor, the bed was full of dirt. There were problems with the wifi and we didn't have connectivy anywhere else than the hall. The stuff was nice...

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Not worthy of hotel status more like the lowest form of hostel establishment. Dirty and run down doesn't begin to cover it. Dirty and thread bare carpets throughout. Our room had not been vacumed judging by the state of it. Filthy mouldy bathroom, walls, shower area etc. Bathroom ceiling lights didn't work. Woman...

Close to the Playhouse and town centre. Clean hotel room with friendly helpful staff. Continental breakfast was very good ! Right then - hotel was tired and in need of a make over. Wardrobe and drawers broken. Bed mattress needing replaced. Do not pay over the odds for this hotel , but it is in a excellent location. Ok for...

We were a group of 3 females travelling from Aberdeen to Edinburgh and had booked this hotel back in August for a 1 night stay on 26th November 2016. We chose this hotel as it was close to the theatre (we had tickets booked for that night) and a 10 min walk from Princes Street so very central and no...

The hotel was half the price of others in Edinburgh but it showed. The door looked like someone had been trying to get in with a chisel, the wardrobe was falling apart and it was a bit grotty overall. If you don't care about that, it's in a great location, but make sure you ask not to be put in...
