Stayed for one night. Negatives - room was very basic, mattress very uncomfortable - they need to invest in some comfortable beds. There are a lot of stairs which would be difficult for anyone with limited mobility. The room seemed expensive for the size and...More

Great location for exploring the city. Well appointed rooms with drinks provision and good breakfast offering. Access is via several flights of stairs. Street parking free at weekend 5 mins walk or nearest car park by Omni Centre (could be expensive). Only slight disappointment was...More

The room was clean, decent size. It was however cold and the bathroom was freezing. There is a heater that you can switch on but takes a while to warm up. You can't spend a lot of time in the shower as the shower tray...More

Th Elder York Guest House doesn’t have any car parking facilities. However it is close to public transport. The airport tram is within 5 minutes and the Waverley Train Station only 10 minutes walk away.
