We have just had a great three nights here, and were very impressed with the standard and value for money. We had a lovely quiet room on the front (223) in the newer extension. It was spotlessly clean, in fact the bathroom was gleaming. The bed was really comfy and we both slept great. They knew we were coming up...

Stayed here for one night in October as our daughter was attending an event at Edinburgh University. Good comfortable stay - very much like every other Premier Inn. Room was clean and well maintained. Arrived at about 9pm and headed straight to the Cuddie Brae for some food. The Cuddie Brae is situated directly next door to the accommodation. Very...

Excellent stay. Cuddie Brae staff were brilliant too. We stayed with another couple for a trip to Murrayfield for rugby. The staff were excellent all round. Really welcoming and friendly. We stayed for one night. Rooms were lovely and recently refurbished. Had lunch at the adjoining Cuddie Brae. Food was good with excellent service. We had drinks late evening and...

We spent 4 nights to use as a base for Edinburgh and the surrounding area 5 mins from cheap train to Edinburgh £3.20 return every 30 mins or so. Great value straight forward hotel with good food in the attached cuddie brae public house.

This hotel is in a quiet location, has plenty of good parking and appeared fairly new inside. All the staff we encountered were friendly and as others have said, Fort Kinnaird shopping park is less than 10 minute walk away and the station with regular trains to Waverley is even closer. Our room was on the top floor overlooking the...

Can't praise this hotel and restaurant the (Cuddie Brae next door) highly enough. Staff were excellent and could not do enough for us. We have a special needs adult son and they really went out of their way to make this an enjoyable stay for him. It was his Birthday we were celebrating and when they found out about it...

Loved this hotel. Staff really friendly. Stayed as family of 4, generous sized room. New decor and very clean. Slight train noise since we were at the back of the hotel, next time we would book a room at the front. Food served in pub next door, usual standard, good breakfast choice. Nice to see pancakes added to the menu....

Great hotel, brand new, next to the train station, which takes you in Edinburgh city center in 15 minutes! The only problem for us is that although there are family rooms at reasonable prices, we couldn't book a family room, because we are a family of five. We had to pay for two rooms, exactly double price, when our friends...
