Stayed two nights and had a lovely stay here. When we checked in, the two staff who greeted us were very friendly and provided all the necessary information, including a map of the area with transportation (bus) routes. Our room was clean and bright, and larger than many of the other places we stayed in the UK; well-equipped bathroom, too....

Stayed for just one night as a stopover on the way to the Highlands and was very pleased with the choice. Parking in the street was easy and free. Staff, especially Thomas, could not have been more helpful and informative. We walked into centre of the city which only took 25-30mins but we could have got a bus at the...

Small library available and lots of literature on area. Nice breakfast and liked the ability to order from take out menus from local restaurants for dinner, with hosts providing dishes etc---very relaxing. Reasonable rates; roadside free parking....

A one night stay. The place seemed very tired an in need of an update. Our room was upstairs, quite a lot of stairs. But at least it was spacious. Parking is also an issue. On the upside, its only a 30 minute walk into the heart of Edinburgh. Breakfast could be done better.

Hello there! Thank you for your feedback, which I have shared with my team. All comments are welcome as it helps to keep us aware and improve. As we mentioned on our website, there is no lift in the building and so we assumed all the guests aware of this when they make booking. Free on street parking as we...

A friendly, comfortable b & b with great selection of breakfast options, comfortable beds, and within easy walking distance of bus stops (only 10 mins ride to the centre of the city). Hotel Ceiligh-Donia is located in a very quiet residential side street. Excellent value. Only downside in our room was the lack of bedside reading lamps.

I spent one night at this hotel and was delighted to find it so comfortable and well located for visiting the main Edinburgh attractions. The room was warm and very clean with a good selection of toiletries and an efficient shower. Breakfast was lovely as were the gardens. All in all a great place to stay at reasonable rates.
