We travel a lot, and I can think of this place as one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The location is top notch. cannot get any better than this on royal mile. You are in the center of it all! One caveat is AC! some rooms do not have AC and if you are sensitive to heat, that could be a problem. But the front desk was kind enough to change our room to accommodate our request for AC. The staff were amazing. We will definitely come back if we return to Edinburgh.
Stayed for one night as a couple on Saturday night in an open plan apartment. The apartment had everything you could possibly require, and more! The complimentary Prosecco and chocolates were a lovely touch. Full size toiletries in the bathroom. Central location on Royal Mile so fabulous selection of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Lovely welcoming staff from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. Special thanks to Ashley.
My husband and I stayed for a night in one Deluxe one bedroom apartment with an outstanding view. It had a great balcony where you can enjoy a cup of tea looking at Princes Street. The apartment itself is modern, very clean and well equipped. The concierge team is wonderful, very approachable, making us feel very welcome. I definitely recommend it.
I had a complimentary upgrade and the apartment was amazing with breathtaking views. The apartment was spotless, amazing cleaning standards. The reception team is so friendly, caring and helpful. Loved every minute of our stay.
I cannot rate this highly enough. Staff were fantastic (special call-out to Ashleigh who booked us in). Accommodation was fabulous and had everything we needed. Location was perfect. Will definitely be back. Definitely the best place I’ve stayed in Edinburgh .
Staff so helpful and friendly on arrival. Perfect central location. We had a 3 room apparently fir 6 of us. Luxurious beds and toiletries. Great kitchen area. Lovely abc warm. Umbrellas very useful. We stayed for Hogmany. Was perfect. .
If I could give 10 stars to this hotel I would. From the minute we walked in till we left, the staff was amazing as well as the hotel. Our room/alcove was very clean, comfortable and spacious. It was perfect in every way. I can't say enough about the staff, though, as they helped us a great deal with our lost luggage issues. If we ever get back to Edinburgh, we're definitely staying here.
Lovely apartment and great location. All 4 members of our family had a great time and the amazing view from the rooms certainly made the trip even better. Just need to improve the lighting system in the rooms, so complicated!
The staff was very amicable and pleasant. They alone deserve 4-5 stars. The apartments are reasonably well decorated and the ambiance of the stone structure in the rooms is great. However The beds are very hard low quality mattresses. The major drawbacks are if you like to sleep at night and are anything other than a very heavy sleeper this is not the place to stay. The room we had was directly under a Mexican restaurant and there is little to no sound proofing. It was horrendous. We moved to another room the following night but as this establishment is right on high street and the room was on ground floor the resellers going from pub to pub screamed and sang just outside our windows until 3am. During the day, the building directly outside is under construction so you need headphones to drown out the noise in the day. Lastly there is no restaurant/ breakfast included in the price which is considerable. You can get a breakfast in the nearby Luken booth for a price.…
Great location and friendly staff. Great bar and restaurant in the same space. Only downside is the maze of rooms (take some breadcrumbs!). You want me to write more words? I'm done. No really that's it. Done.
