Was in Edinburgh for a conference and had the most memorable experience of Scotland with Jill and Bob. The house was built in 1863 has a beautiful English garden and wonderful breakfast room. The beds were superb as were all the amenities. Very close to shops cafes and beautiful

This is our second stay here. Still very welcoming, lovely beds, soft linen, , snug dressing gowns and homely feel. Delicious breakfasts. Easy to get into the centre of town (10 mins by bus), but without hassle of more touristy areas.
