After a long journey we were welcomed with G&T and hand made canopes - perfect. Clean, warm and comfortable bedrooms that were beautifully decorated. Caroline and Roddy Campbell couldn't have been more welcoming we were so lucky to have shared their home. A great location near the Botanical Gardens and a reasonable walk into the main areas of Edinburgh. Breakfast...

I stayed here for a week while attending Edinburgh University and it was a pleasure to return each night to peace and comfort after demanding days. The Campbells welcome their guests as house guests and share their beautiful home with a charming yet comfortable atmosphere. The food is carefully chosen to compliment the season and is all home made on...

I can only restate the excellent reviews of the other guests sho have stayed here. Inverleith is a part of Edinburgh often missed by tourists but combines traditional "Old Edinburgh" gracious living with a central location, a short and interesting walk from the main attractions. The Campbell's have successfully exported their renowned Highland hospitality from Argyll to Edinburgh. A joy...

There were many similarities between the two accommodations, the standard of rooms, the period furnishings and old family pictures, Campbell history etc. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the fire on arrival with a...

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at 24 Inverleith Place during the festival season in Edinburgh. Our stay couldn't have been better. After a very grueling bout of travelling we were warmly welcomed by Caroline with tea, coffee and cookies that were delicious. The B&B was located right across the street from the Royal Botanic Garden...
