This little B&B is a little gem. Very clean, comfortable and really close to the centre (£6 can ride away). Martin, the owner, is really welcoming and helpful. I look forward to making another booking for our next trip to Scotland in the spring.

We stayed for 2 nights, the owner was very welcoming, we had king size room with en suite, very comfortable a quiet area but in walking distance of the royal mile, breakfast lovely, would recommend it.

The hotel took you to Tibet .. we had the Budda Room full of nick nacks which were all interesting to look at. Not keen on shared bathroom but small moan about the place. All in all a nice place to stay and host very...More

We had a lovely stay here while attending a sports event close by at Peffermill. A stroll into the centre or frequent buses and lots of nice places to eat within 10 mins. Rooms are comfortable with tea,coffee and water, tv, radio,huge choice of Dvds....More
