We stayed here for the weekend and on arrival we were charged extra for laundry which we had not been told about. We would have refused but the staff were very rude and we did not want to be waiting around while it was sorted as it was very cold. The kitchen was dirty and ill equipped. We should have...

The apartment is in a great location, about 15 minute walk (strolling) from Princes Street. There is also a supermarket, bars, coffee shops and take aways a few minutes walk away. We booked a five person apartment, which was to include a twin room, a double room and then one person was to sleep on a sofabed. When we arrived...

We stayed in apartment 1 with our parents, son, daughter-in-law and grandson. The apartment itself was very large, 4 comfortable bedrooms and a lovely four poster bed in the master bedroom. The furnishing was of a high standard and the apartment itself was spotless. The owner left a welcome pack, tea, coffee, bread ect which we thought was a lovely...

Great apartment in a great location. No hassle checking in the owner was on site and gave us the full tour. The apartment is large, warm and really nicely decorated and well stocked. Location is great - a 10 minute walk to town and lots of shops and restaurants just outside. If your going to murrayfield its only a walk...

My family group took three of the apartments owned by Agnes and James. They were very helpful with arrangements for cots for the babies, and it was extra helpful that we were allowed to bring our dog too. The apartments were very well equipped and the bigger apartment was extremely spacious with a good sized living/dining room for our large...

We stayed in Apartment 1, the large apartment with 4 bedroom. It is a lovely apartment, nicely furnished and well supplied. It is also conveniently located with buses to the centre of town and shops nearby. First impressions were great. The apartment is also not cheap and there is a certain level of service one expects with the price, especially...

We rented two flats for the extended family for the weekend of my son's wedding. The location is good for city centre and for getting out to the suburbs. The secure parking and landscaped area provide an oasis away from the city bustle. And the flats themselves were great for big family meals, chilling and sleeping.

Just back from an absolutely fabulous weekend with the Girls, celebrating my birthday. We all found Appartment 3 clean, charming & comfortable - could not fault! We used the swimming pool on the saturday morning, lovely and warm, dissappointed the sauna did not heat up in time for us to enjoy! Hey Ho! Owner very helpful and approachable. I recommend...

Myself and 4 of my friends stayed in flat 3 for a girlie weekend, and the apartment was lovely, it has everything you could need. The rooms were all clean, one room had twin beds and and other 3 singles. Agnes even supplied us bread, milk, butter, fruit juice, tea and coffee on arrival which was just great. There is...

I stayed here for a week in September with some friends and family. The accommodation is trendy and absolutely spotless. It is a perfect location and is so safe and secure it was like having a home from home! It was so nice to go sight seeing during the day and then come back and go for a relaxing swim...
