Visited daughter for graduation in November 2015. Stayed at Abbotsford guest house for 2 nights. Lovely accommodation, clean and great location. Breakfast great. Recommended, close to Leith and not far to work to city center and popular places to visit..

My husband and I stayed for one night week. The guest house is absolutely lovely. A nicely situated building with lots of character and charm. On entering the nice hallway all we could smell was the lovely scent and the beautiful flowers on display. The hoist was lovely and chatty and very knowledgeable about what the city has to offer....

We booked a double room but got a family room. The 3 beds meant that the room was very cramped and there was a lack of surfaces to use. No surfaces or sockets near a mirror for hair/makeup. Very small though clean bathroom with a good shower. Some marks and stains on walls and radiators which I'm sure could be...

This is a wonderful B&B, good location, just east and north of the center of town. Not a bad walk. There is a lot of public transportation options. The lady who runs the B&B was so great, we flew in that morning and arrived at the place just to drop off our bags, our room was ready, so we actually...

We stayed here for 2 nights in October 2015. Our room was large with a comfortable double bed. Parking was available on the road outside. Good breakfast and great sleep. The room was very clean and well maintained.

My experience in Abbotsford was incredible. Paula (the owner) is very nice and helpful. The guest house is not far from the city center and there are lots of restaurants close to it. I like the breakfast very much. And you can ask Paula about the Edinburgh's weather because her forecast is always 100% correct! Minha experiência no Abbotsford foi...

Just got back from a lovely long weekend away. Spent 3 nights at The Abbotsford Guest House. Paula the owner could not have done more for us. She keeps the place spotless, and serves up a really lovely breakfast that sets you up for the day. It's location is a little walk from the centre of town but we enjoy...

I stayed for 4 nights at the Abbortsford and cannot fault it. I was in a single room without an en suite, but the spacious bathroom was shared with only one other room and was always clean and more comfortable than most pokey en suites crammed into a tiny space I have had in the past. The breakfast was always...
