I stayed here whilst working in Arbroath. On arrival I was greeted with a slightly rough around the edges reception area. Check in was the normal warm Premier Inn welcome, I was given room 4. On arrival in the room, I was greeted with a 90s chic hotel room, with only one plug accessible (not really good enough in 2016)....

Nice location, short drive to centre of town, near all amenities and away from main road. Chippy, co-op and pharmacy across the road. Room was a good size and we had three beds made up in there. The double was very comfortable.

Everything you would expect from Premier Inn. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Used as overnight stop off on way to a motor event. Late arrival and early departure so didn't use Inn next door for food, so unable to comment on this, although did have a drink in the bar. Picked this for it's...

Arrived late at night after an exhausting day. All I wanted was a bath and bed. Plenty of hot water. After that it all went downhill. The bath mat had a dirty brown mark on it. The bath towel was literally riddled with holes. Yuk. Usual comfy bed however noisy plumbing woke me twice when one of the guests in...

My partner & I stayed here for a couple of days the hotel the hotel was clean inside and because it had been raining the car park was flooded it was like the drains were chocked and the bucket outside was never emptied all the time we was there. I think they can upgrade the security in this hotel as...

Stayed here again so as to watch the Alfred Dunhill championship golf over 3 days. The last time we came was 5 years ago so it was not much change from before. Rooms were still clean and tidy although our ground floor room did have a few small issues such as a very squeaky bathroom door ( fixed it by...

This Premier Lodge is next to the Belltree Inn In this occasion an elder gent was booked in for the evening suffering I think from the on sets of dementia. The gent went next door and after a while got a bit disoriented maybe because of the nips. The lady/girl on the desk at the lodge was aware of his...

Stayed here for 2 nights, the breakfast is pretty basic, nothing spectacular and service was just so so. The room itself was pretty basic but clean and comfortable. The bad points however was the walls are that thin I was kept up all night but the rooms next door snoring and also there was an issue with the pipes connected...

The hotel itself is nothing special but adequate for a few nights (especially for work). The Bell Tree pub next door is great and the food was lovely. (not the lasagna but everything else!) The receptionist Kelly was brilliant and very friendly (makes it nicer to have good banter when working away from home!) The breakfast was very good and...

“The bathroom is the one area that lets this particular location down. I hope that Premier Inns have plans to refurbish the bathrooms to an acceptable standard to include walk in showers with easy controls and detachable shower heads as opposed to the fixed ones that are in place at present”
