Great B&B. Cannot believe how great the price is, AND breakfast is part of the price. Its easy to miss, but its on a main road. You have to pass it and park in the back, turning down an alley. Fabulous, large room with an incredible view. Wonderful shower. Not too far from restaurants for dinner. We went to Nando's...

Up to visit daughter for a few days decided to stay here as it looked lovely and is near her flat. Also pet friendly as we have two dogs. What a great place! The host met us and showed us to our room. Showed us the facilities. The room was very large with a bay window looking over the Tay....

Good hotel and in a great area as 5 mins from Dundee town centre. Booked in for 3 nights. When arriving I was just given key and directions to room. Room was lovely, clean and very spacious and had a nice view of the sea. On 1st night left the room after 9am but returned by 2pm to room not...

I think they had the road closed, but it was a great location, close to everything. My room had a sea view and has every amenity you could want. There were loads of shops and restaurants nearby. You could easily walk into town. I noticed lots of the other guests were visiting there children at college in Dundee, it seems...

It was a very nice and spacious tidy room. The are the old rooms of the house. Very clean and comfortable bathroom, although the pressure of the water was quite low. The bed was also magnificent, I've never slept so well in a hotelbed. Breakfast was freshly cooked by the owner in the morning. A very pleasant stay for two...

After car breaking down arrived hotel at 11 only to be met by a drunk alcoholic type woman called Heather. Apologised for being late and reason...

My golfing friend booked the Grampian. I thereupon looked up the review on Tripadvisor and saw some strange reports. In fact we found the Grampian first class. Heather was warm and welcoming, the impressive property was spotlessly clean and very spacious and the breakfasts were the best I have ever had at a bed and breakfast. When we next visit...

A lovely renovated townhouse with great views down towards the river. The room was light and spacious and all facilities were perfect for our needs. A short walk (10-15mins) into Dundee city centre and plenty of bars and restaurants within 10 mins walk of the hotel. Would definitely stay again!
