I stayed for one night en route to a mountain running event - and would definitely go back for a more leisurely stay. The b&b is lovely, the welcome incredibly friendly and the rooms to a good standard with some lovely touches. Thank you!

I've stayed here for two weeks for work and have only good things to say. The house is beautiful, breakfast is delicious, and the hosts are lovely. Having a drawing room to work in while not on site is very useful and the wifi works well.

My wife and I spent two nights at the Baytree. Great location .... Only a couple of 100 metres from the harbour front .... and central to all attractions and amenities in Kirkudbright. This double fronted Georgian House offers a comfortable and clean overnight stay and a variety of breakfast options. If you aren't wanting a cooked breakfast (which is...

We spent three nights here and Geraldine and Joe were the perfect hosts. The bed was very comfortable, the guests' drawing room was vast and had a brilliant supply of local maps and books and if anything needed attention, they were happy to help. The Baytree's special charm is that it's not a standardised chain.
