Excellent! Warm clean spacious room comfortable bed.Pleasant location.Dog friendly.A great stop over on a long journey. Pity the post code doesn't take you any where near! Plenty of food outlets on site but the microwave oven in the foyer came in very useful
The reception area was fine and staff were pleasant, unfortunately the bed had worst mattress I have ever slept on it was completely knackered and should have been condemned several years earlier, hotel is a place to sleep..... If they cant get basics right there...More

We stayed here overnight in preparation for our wedding at the old smithy.
There are works going on in some of the rooms but in fairness, this didn't effect our stay at all.
