I can't thank the team enough for such an enjoyable day. The day went smoothly and the food was out of this world. The service the staff offer is superb. We had all the bedrooms on the night as well and we didn't have any negative comments from our guests. I highly recommend this venue and I know David and...

We booked here on a whim as we wanted to get away for the night... The staff were lovely We took our dog with us and he loved the big gardens to play in. We arrived late so didn't have any dinner but the breakfast the following morning was lovely. We were the only guests in the hotel so the...

We visited for Sunday lunch for my husband's 70th birthday with a few friends. We had a three course meal with coffee afterwards which was really nice. The menu was varied with a festive theme for this time of the year. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The house itself seemed quite dark inside when we first entered but...

Pleasant surroundings and friendly staff. Smallish dining area situated off of the bar area with glass roof. Food was cooked to order and was well prepared and presented. Well worth a visit. Silly little thing that is offputting is the condition of the private road for access. Drive slowly or you could be in for a garage visit.

We stayed a couple of nights in the hotel and in balance it was OK as the positive points just outweighed the native points. I get the feeling that all of the focus of the management is focused on weddings and not the hotel and the experience of the hotel guests. Positives: 1) The staff that we met were all...

We attended a wedding at the hotel and all staff were friendly and welcoming. The quality of the meal was excellent with generous sized portions and excellent service. As with all weddings there was a lot of hanging around but as it was a warm, sunny day we were able to spend time in the lovely garden. The interior of...
