We booked for B&B for 2 nights while attending a social weekend in Oban. Although we considered £90 per night for a double room rather pricey we were attracted by the location & the prospect of above average accommodation. Our room with ensuite shower was adequate but not spacious, however the bed was very comfortable. We found the bedroom cold &...

Thank you to Joan and hubby for looking after us. Nothing is too much trouble, lovely breakfast, comfortable room and plenty of advice on where to visit. Joan even made our breakfast 10 minutes early and booked our taxi as we had an early train. Big thank you! Will be back!

We found this B&B to be a bit of a mixed bag. The owners let us leave our car for a couple of nights whilst we visited the island of Colonsay (see review of the Colonsay hotel!) which was very nice of them. The room we had on the first night was very small as was the ensuite. The second...

It isa a lovely guest house, nice decorated with view in the harbour of Oban. It is near to the city center - less than 10 minutes walking -. Friendly and helpful owners, but room and bathroom are very small. Good Scottish breakfast.

Lovely sea view room, parking for free, good breakfast. Quiet and peaceful. Nice lounge to sit in at the end of a busy day. Just a two minute walk to the harbour. Would stay here again. The Oban distillery is well worth a visit.

We booked into the hotel through the Information Centre, it was the only room available through them that night and accommodation in Oban was very tight. Saying that if we went to Oban again the Glenbervie would be my first choice. The welcome was great, the place was spotlessly clean and the room was first class. Brekrfast was good but should...

We stayed 2 nights at this delightful guest house. The location is perfect for exploring Oban and the surrounding area. We were travelling without a car, arrived by train and planned to see all the sites within walking distance. We were able to fill the day with delightful adventures. Glenbervie was spotlessly clean, Iain and Joan greeted us kindly, the...

My review is going to be a tiny bit skewed because my friends and I had the entire place to ourselves. We were booked at another B&B in town, but the proprietor of that place had a family emergency and apparently, the Glenbervie was scheduled to be closed for renovations, but they graciously took us in. We got the two...

Very fortunate to have had a business trip to Argyll. The excellent weather combined with a great stay at Glenbervie Guest house made this a memorable visit. Met some interesting fellow travellers from London, Germany and Holland, all enjoying their stay in Oban.
