We stayed in the Ash tree lodge from the 15th July for a week. When we arrived we were met by Mr. Weir, he was very welcoming and informative about the area. The lodge was clean and well equipped for our needs. We had a stunning view from frontroom window and there was seating outside. Our only gripe was the...

Second visit in the past year. So peaceful with great views. Great grounds with the old railway station, games room and play area for adventurous youngsters. Owner very friendly. Inn just along the road within walking distance which was handy for us in the evenings for food.
