We were in a newly refurbished room (1). It was very nice. Huge comfortable bed, spotless bathroom and lots of space. The staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient. We ate there on the Sunday (high tea) and we were well pleased with the quality and quantity. The starters were superb. The mains were also very good especially the Dauphinoise...

The Kinloch has improved beyond words in the last few months. We had previously had a couple of average experiences, but in the last two months have visited twice and the kitchen has really turned around. We have two excellent meals on both occasions. The quality of the burgers especially is very high, and the portion sizes are generous meaning...

Had originally planned on going somewhere else for lunch but as we had not booked there were no tables available. After a brief conversation, my friend and myself decided to give the Kinloch a try out. Our kids were hungry and this was the logical choice and good location. We arrived just before 1pm and were seated at the booth...

we booked here last minute deal. Arrived and had lunch in the bar which was lovely. We were then checked in by the bar staff who were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious having a table and chairs to sit at the window and watch the world go by. Room clean and shower great. Bed comfy. We had breakfast...

Came here for our lunch and was pleased with the staff, very helpful and polite. Had to wait a while for our order to arrive after we had ordered. The food was good, only thing I would say would be the portions were quite small. I had a burger with chips, the burger itself was a good size but felt...

Asked for a room away from the bar, was given a room directly over the bar. Noise till after one am. The remote control was bigger than the TV, the Toilet flush handle was wonky and we had booked for 2 nights but could only stop one it was that bad. Awful place.

Stayed here while working in the area, I liked the bar, dining area as the weather was great when I was there, early July, and got to abuse the sun terrace out the back while enjoying some after work refreshments! ;-) The room I had was number 4, pretty spacious twin room but had loads of potential. Needs upgraded and...

Excellent service and food good. Visited a number of years ago and has improved loads. Had a meal with my fussy little girl but nothing was a bother. Staff friendly and helpful. Interior modern and welcoming. Would visit again and recommend.

I went to The Kinloch Arms recently for lunch and i will NEVER return, the chef looked unhygenic and unprofessional, speaking to the other staff in a very poor manner. I ordered a chicken burger, after waiting 45 minutes, the food finally arrived, the burger and bun was swimming in grease, the chicken was RAW and PINK inside. I took...
