This B & B is reasonably priced for Aberdeen but is very poor value for money, the room was tired and sparse, my laptop screen is bigger than the television screen, no towel rail in the room and nowhere to sit and work or watch movies except the bed. The bed was not made in 4 nights there. A bath...

This place is like the Tardis, really small front hiding 29 rooms. Our room, 20, was large but very sparsely furnished. It had a double bed and a single bed but only one chair. It had a wardrobe with no coat hangers. A very large shower room with a tiny shower with DIY shower curtain. The beds were spotless but...

I chose this accomodation for the location which is perfect for Union Street. The single standard room was in need of an update, decor tired and jaded but the bed was comfy and linen clean. The dining room was modern and spotless and the breakfast was prepared to order, delicious and hot. Staff were friendly and troublesome drunk guests in...

I have been there for one night. Everything was good. It's in the city centre, very good location, 5 minutes walking. The guest house has the car park on the back, ask to the reception'cause the car park on the front is not free, but no problem. The room was quite, clean, big and very hot. Very comfortable and cheap....

This is night No 5, of a very "tired" house! Initially no bed making, no top up for tea, milk and very cheap coffee. I was told I needed to ask for such things? My room was beside the front door, auto closes, and kept me awake on first 2 nights until 21.00h and 01.00h on my last night. The...

There is nothing overwhelmingly special about this Guest House, but it is more than adequate for Aberdeen, and relatively inexpensive, all things considered. The rooms were on the small side, the walls are quite thin, so activities in neighbouring rooms, not forgetting loud snoring might be disturbing. The complimentary cooked breakfast was good. All things considered, the only thing I...

A friend and I cycled from Edinburgh to Inverness along cycle route 1 in June 2015, staying in twin rooms at 9 bed and breakfast/hotels along the way. At The Lost Guest House we received a cursory welcome and our bikes had to be left out the front near to the street. Our room was somewhat dated but clean, comfortable...

Not a bad stay for the money. Very easy to get to and very central for city centre trips. We stayed one night only and the only complaint was there was no hot water in the sink so had to use shower even to wash your hands. Beds were very comfy and clean as was the room. Was all you...
