Stayed at the Douglas Hotel last weekend for a friend's wedding and had a lovely time at the hotel. Our room was clean and comfy, maybe a wee bit tired - there were some marks on the bedside lampshade but nothing to complain about. Breakfast was lovely - and really set us up for the day. The staff are the... More

Nice hotel, great central location, comfortable room, nice breakfast. Good hotel for overnight stay. Room 316 was lovely and quiet and no noise from traffic. Warm and cozy room. Near to shops, pubs and restaurants. Would recommend.

Really nice friendly hotel, helpful staff, excellent bedrooms with good sized bathrooms - a bath one can use plus decent shower. A jewel amongst all the usual chain hotel offers Plus it has Malone's next door a vibrant sports bar with great atmosphere plus good Guinness!!

We can't wait to get home. The hotel as a whole is of a reasonable standard, decor, breakfast and staff are fine and the location is great for shopping; maybe we were unlucky with our room allocation, but avoid room 304 at all costs. The room was cold, the bed is hard (I'd liken it to a snooker table), and... More

Stayed on a Friday night for £85. Staff were great however hotel is quite dated, the lift in particular is very old and VERY slow. Room was ok but no heating in the bathroom meant I could see my breath when I stepped out the shower. The shower which had a 12 inch long hair from a previous guest waiting... More

A well located city centre hotel (with some dedicated parking first come first serve near by £5 per night) - staff very welcoming. Hotel has facilities and rooms with standard facilities you would expect (room and bathroom of 222 I stayed in was on the compact side) - hotel is missing 'warmth' and character (not even a painting on the... We stayed on a Saturday night. The room was large, clean and well maintained. The staff were excellent and we managed to get parked in the hotels own car park which was only £5 per night which is good for Aberdeen.

Hotel is first class for the price paid. Breakfast is also amazing. All staff very friendly. Will certainly book this hotel again. Very handy for all shops. Train and bus station near by. Also has private parking at the rear.

Stayed here one night. Room a good size, very large bathroom. Very clean and good quality of bedding, towels and furnishings as well as well maintained decor. The breakfast was very good, everything there that is required. Location very good. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Attended a Private Function with 3 course meal and coffee. The table settings were of a high standard and the meal was first class. Service was of the highest order. I can only comment that if this is what is on offer for a Private Function, the A La Carte menu must be superlative!
